By use of this site and order placement you agree to the terms set forth in our privacy policy and the following below.

  1. You have read and agree to the Shipping & Returns Policies of which key components are that within 30 days of purchase:
    1. One time-one wayExchanges are free for regularly priced merchandise valued $50 or more. You return it to us, we exchange it and send it back for free. Special sizes or dimensions over 10″ x 10″ x 10″ exempt from free exchanges.
    2. Only regular priced merchandise is eligible for return up to an $350 annual return limit (except saddles and custom boots). Horse apparel of any kind is not returnable, this includes saddle pads. This is for safety and health reasons.
    3. Sales, clearance and other merchandise is not eligible for return or exchange. Pre-orders may not be cancelled but may be exchanged or returned unless otherwise noted in the listing.
    4. Items eligible for return must be returned in new condition with original tags & outer packaging. Helmets, bits, & undergarments are not eligible for return.
    5. Our original Shipping Cost is non-refundable.
    6. Manufacturer defect complaints must be reported prior to return and within one week of delivery.
    7. An item must be acknowledged received by us prior to initiating a refund and must be returned within 10-days of the return request and/or within 30 days of the purchase date, whichever is sooner.
    8. We reserve the right to refuse service to any customer whose conduct traverses our internal employee anti-bullying policy.
    9. Fair Play Brand items are eligible for return as store credit only.
    10. Returns after the 30-Day return period are not accepted, not refundable, and not eligible for store credit.
    11. Payments made via PayPal or via PayPal credit card processing are only refundable as store credit. All other payment methods are refundable to the original payment method.
    12. Custom orders and backorders may not be cancelled.
    13. Free gifts with purchase must be returned with original purchase or value of that item deducted from that refund.
    14. Orders may not be cancelled if more than 24 hours has passed, or an order has already been packed. Partial cancellations/returns that fall below the free shipping minimum will have actual shipping costs billed.
    15. A 3% cancellation fee is applied to any customer requested cancelled order that is eligible to be cancelled due to other factors.
    16. We ship most items insured, however carriers are no longer covering for “porch pirates” meaning if the item shows delivered via tracking but stolen after delivery we are not responsible for that package. We provide step by step tracking via email in order for you to have up to date information on your package. If you prefer to have you package sent with delivery receipt required please call us.
