You will receive an order confirmation from us that is sent to the email address you used at checkout. Please make sure to also check your spam mail box if you do not see it in your main box. Email comes from either [email protected] or from “Shipping Easy”.

If your order has already packed and/or shipped we are unable to change the shipping address. If the order has not shipped we can change the order address on orders paid with any payment method other than PayPal or Amazon Pay.

We send shipments sometimes in multiple packages either because of size, or location of the item. You will receive additional tracking numbers via email once those items have been shipped. If it’s been more than seven business days since your order was placed please email us at [email protected]

Most order ship within 24-48 business hours excluding weekends and holidays however some orders may require additional processing time due to security reviews or backorder issues. Rest assured if your order is delayed we will send you an email as to why, however this is extremely rare. You will also receive an email notification from us when order ships, along with the tracking number.

As a reminder:

• Please note the following brand may be subject to delayed processing: Fair Play. Please allow additional processing time of seven days prior to shipment.
• We do not accept cancellations or corrections to orders if more than 24 hours has expired since placing the order. If an order has already been packed we are unable to cancel it. A cancellation fee of 3% of the order value will be withheld on cancellations as this is in non-refundable by the payment processor.
  
• Two Day Domestic Shipping is available for most items in our store except for the following brands: HKM, Lauria Garrelli, Cavallino Marino, and Cavalli Puri. Please call us at (866) 903-8225 if you need two day shipping on an above brand to confirm prior to order placement.
