- Sit in a chair with your knee bent at 90°, and measure from the back of your knee to the back of your seat.
- Dressage saddles often run a size bigger because of the deeper seat. Endurance saddles with a horn are sized like Western saddles, usually 1"–2" smaller than your English size.

- With you in the saddle, you should fit 2–3 fingers between the pommel and the withers.
- The saddle should sit level, with the deepest part of the seat in the middle, and sit behind the shoulder blade.
- The panels should touch the back evenly, with no bridging or rocking.

What is an all purpose saddle?
An all purpose saddle has a moderately forward flap, so it works for flatwork, trail riding and small jumps. It's a great first saddle.
What seat size do I need?
Most adults ride in a 16" to 17-1/2" English seat. Sit with your knee bent, measure from the back of the knee to the back of your seat, and check the chart in our fit guide.
What is an adjustable gullet?
Adjustable gullet saddles come with five color-coded gullet bars from narrow to wide. Swap the bar to change the tree width, so one saddle can fit different horses.
Leather or synthetic?
Leather is traditional and molds to you over time. Synthetic is lighter, usually costs less and cleans up with a damp cloth.
Can I return it?
