- Items must be returned in brand-new, unworn, and undamaged condition.
- All original tags and packaging must be intact and attached in the original manner as received.
- Items must be odor-free. Returns with smoke or other odors will not be accepted or refunded.
- Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the purchase date (not the received date).
- Ineligible for return items:
- Custom items
- Bits, helmets, and undergarments
- Supplements, grooming items, and health products (including shampoos, conditioners, hoof treatments/packings)
- Horse or dog apparel (including saddle pads, blankets, sheets, horse boots.)
- Items with caps such as fly sprays, tack cleaners, or treats
